Homemade Almond Milk

A glass of chilled organic almond milk is great on a hot day or wholesome when heated with some Chocelix on a cold day for a little winter warmer! In Ayurvedic Medicine, Ashwagandha was warmed in milk before bed to calm and soothe, promoting sleep. Science has even supported its ability to aid sleep, check out to product page for more information. Homemade almond milk is even easier than you think to make! Plus, there's a win win, you not only get almond milk, but you also end up with almond pulp, this pulp can then be used in energy snacks (balls, bars, cakes etc), or dried a little and ground to a finer flour to replace almond flour in other recipes — and we are sure you can get creative and think up some other uses - so NO WASTE - everything is used. We think that's AWESOME!
