Warm Cacao Smoothie

Everyone loves chocolate, and everyone loves a winter warmer - so why not combine the 2 and get some wholesome natural nutrition as part of the package.
With no added sugar, this little sumptuous delight is quite literally going to provide you with a boost of happy, energy, focus and lets not forget that loving feeling. And if you're allergic to nuts, don't panic, just remove the nut butter and replace the almond milk with all Coconut milk - BOOM and it's still delicious!

Immunomodulation (cacao)
Strengthening, balancing, supporting and regulating the immune system, optimising immune response (great for winter).
Anandamide (cacao)
Is a fatty acid neurotransmitter. The name is taken from the Sanskrit word 'ananda', which means "joy, bliss, delight".
Theobromine (cacao)
Similar to caffeine, it is a vasodilator, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, diuretic and can act as a stimulant. Studies suggest it aids the absorption of the polyphenols in Cacao.
Magnesium (cacao)
an essential mineral, absorbed in the gut and is important for energy, muscle health and bone health,
Potassium (bananas)
Allows your nerves to respond to stimulation and muscles to contract (tighten), including those in your heart.
Cinnamon
A powerhouse of a spice, suggested to be anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, anti-cancer (to name but a few).
Ginger
Suggested to be anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory, great for winter sniffles.
Astragalus
Suggested to be another anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, helping memory, bones and fatigue, balancing, boosting and protecting.
Siberian Ginseng
also known as Eleuthero, is listed as an adaptogen, helping your body adapt to stress, also aiding focus, strength and vitality.
