Cauliflower & Medicinal Mushroom Soup

July 19, 2019 0 Comments

Winter is is full swing here in Melbourne, so what better time to get in the ground dwelling winter veggie soup to boost our immune systems and provide some potent anti-oxidants to reduce inflammation. We've also added our Reishi Mushroom powder to to further boost our immune systems during the winter months (which you could switch out for another Medicinal Mushroom if you'd prefer), plus all the other great soup 'adds' like; garlic, fennel, onions and a good veggie stock (which you can sub out for a bone broth if you'd prefer). This is a power house of nutrition and great with a dolop of yoghurt or even some hemp seeds!
