Super Blueberry Milkshake

So this little number can be anything you want it to be, a thick smoothie or a thin shake, just add less or more water — it's absolutely delicious whichever way you prefer to devour it. With our daily dose of Mushroom Complex, packed with Organic Reishi, Raw Chaga and Cordyceps, teamed up with blueberries, gojis, probiotics and hemp - your insides will be fist punching the air with excitement.
And since it's still a bit nippy and windy here in Melbourne, you could even heat it and to warm yourself from the inside whilst it warms your hands from the outside.

Immunomodulation

Blueberries
The anti-oxidants in blueberries have been studied extensively and have been shown to aid all kinds of things including cardiovascular health and cognitive function.
Goji
Have been used in Chinese medicine for centuries, also known as Chinese Wolfberry, they contain many bio-active compounds, claimed to aid a plethora of functions in the body from; cognitive function, eye health, libido, cardiovascular and immune function. Studies are still being carried out to confirm these claims - this is a summary study so far.
Hemp
Is one of the most nutritious foods on the plant, although you're not supposed to eat them in Australia. Per 100g they have a better profile than chia seeds with approx. 35g pf protein and 47g Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (omega 3's and 6's).
Probiotics
These guys as in simple terms bacteria and yeasts that are introduced to the body and are good for the health, mainly gut health.
Organic Mesquite
Has a balanced macro nutrient profile, in every 100g it has approximately; 10g protein, 80g carbohydrates and less than 1g fat, it also contains high levels of the phenolic and flavonoid anti-oxidants explaining why it has been used as a staple food by many cultures for centries.
Organic Reishi
1 of the ingredients in the Medicinal Mushroom Complex, known historically as the Mushroom of Immortality, Reishi's compounds have been shown to provide good all around calming and relaxing effects as well as supporting the immune system.
Cordyceps
1 of the ingredients in the Medicinal Mushroom Complex, Cordyceps has been used for cognitive and athletic performance along with it's possible immunomodulatory effects.
Wild Chaga
1 of the ingredients in the Medicinal Mushroom Complex, Chaga is packed with anti-oxidants with studies suggesting its compounds have the capacity to provide support for the immune system and its ability to modulate it.
